• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
• Represent CMA CGM in industry forums and events, sharing best practices and insights.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance IT capabilities and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving IT strategy and transformation.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in English and one other language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
• Certifications in IT leadership, such as PMP, CSM, or ITIL Expert.
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes.
