📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial activities of the Shared Service Center (SSC), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making purposes.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to support the company's strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial training programs for the team.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
