📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Handle reservations and room allocations using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Promote the hotel’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siriuss, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
