📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certification in CPA (preferred but not required).
