As a Payroll Staff at PT Anugrah Mutu Bersama, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from calculating salaries and deductions to generating payslips and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with our HR team and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and timely.
• Generate and distribute payslips to employees via email or other designated channels.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, tax details, and bank account information.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements related to payroll.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related queries and issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end tax returns and other payroll-related documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll software and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and payroll laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
