📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency.
Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight traditional Nusantara cuisine.
Mentor and train our culinary team to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align our culinary offerings with customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage inventory and procurement to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Participate in cost control and budgeting to ensure profitability.
Represent the company at culinary events and industry gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
Proven track record of successfully leading kitchen teams.
Deep understanding and passion for traditional Nusantara cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
