📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all outlets in Jakarta Barat adhere to Kanzler's service standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations, including HACCP principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field.
• Certification in Food Safety or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
