In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and Indonesian GAAP
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Develop and maintain budgeting processes and financial forecasts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Train and mentor junior staff on accounting principles and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and GAAP
• Certification in professional accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
