In this role, you'll be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable. You'll also be involved in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Additionally, you'll assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide support to the finance team in their efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide support to the finance team in their efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
