📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems, including implementing and updating security measures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems, including performing regular maintenance and updates.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that our IT systems meet their needs and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security measures and best practices.,Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
