📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Handle general affairs matters such as facility management, security, and maintenance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to support the company's goals.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments as needed.,Represent the company at external events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles in a mall or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience with HRIS and general office software is a plus.,Familiarity with facility management and security protocols.
