📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
