📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle mail and packages, and assist with courier services if necessary.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,A valid driver's license is preferred.
