In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Salesforce to manage financial data, prepare reports, and assist in the reconciliation of accounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Work closely with our US-based clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a US-based company.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and US GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
