📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design visual content for marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, and social media posts.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into the company's visual content.,Conduct research and gather inspiration to create unique and engaging designs that resonate with the target audience.,Manage and organize design files and assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects.,Present design concepts to the team and clients, providing clear explanations and justifications for design choices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics and typography.,Understanding of design principles, including color theory, layout, and composition.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
