📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of facility staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards.
• Implement and maintain facility management systems, including asset management and maintenance scheduling using IKEA's in-house software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining facility management software, such as IKEA's in-house systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to retail facilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
