📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement QHSSE programs for PSA Marine's fleet
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry best practices
• Monitor and report on QHSSE performance metrics
• Provide leadership and guidance to the QHSSE team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of QHSSE standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in maritime safety and compliance
• Represent PSA Marine at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime safety and compliance
• Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant certifications
• Proficient in using QHSSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
