📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Develop and execute impactful creative strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, translating these into compelling creative concepts.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into our creative solutions.
Manage and optimize creative budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Present creative concepts to clients, pitching ideas and securing approval for campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent role in a dynamic advertising, arts, or media agency, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Proficiency in industry-leading creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
