📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives.,Track and analyze business development metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong networking and relationship-building skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
