📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating healthcare services.,Support the implementation of healthcare programs and initiatives.,Assist in the management of staff and resources.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide administrative support to the Captain and the healthcare team.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Support the development and implementation of community health programs.,Assist in the management of healthcare facilities and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
