📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise,Develop and maintain operational reports and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
