📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate and timely stock levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving store performance.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
