📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers,Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment,Ensure the quality and freshness of coffee beans and grounds,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including stocking supplies and managing cash registers,Train and mentor new baristas and staff members,Uphold the coffee shop's standards of cleanliness and organization,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques,Promote the coffee shop's products and services to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,High school diploma or equivalent
