Jaya Zahra Tea is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Gorontalo. As the Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, ensuring the quality and safety of our tea products, and leading a team of lab technicians. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our tea production and quality control processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily lab operations, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis.,Ensure the quality and safety of tea products through rigorous testing and analysis.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.,Conduct research and development to improve lab processes and methodologies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date lab records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab results into production processes.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tea or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and food safety standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Proficiency in relevant lab equipment and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant industry certifications is a plus.
