As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and consultative selling skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
