📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure HR practices align with business goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and improving employee satisfaction.
