📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal delivery times.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and vehicle maintenance.,Participate in training and development programs for delivery personnel.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for the delivery team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a delivery or logistics company.,Valid driver's license for motorcycles or light vehicles.,Good knowledge of the Blitar area and its surroundings.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
