📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that the branch is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.,Represent the company at local events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with sales and financial data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong customer service skills.
