Apotek Putri Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, implementing and maintaining pharmacy policies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Implement and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in training and development activities for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using pharmacy management software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
